EFG-Arroyo Gateway, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary, acquired this 2.23 acre office park, in South Pasadena, California, just south of the Arroyo Seco Parkway, comprised of two single-story buildings and one two-story building, totaling about 432,000 square feet of rentable space.
